Do you have a tank-less water heater?
Looking for reviews on tank-less water heaters. I hope to get one when our water heater finally gives out (I don't think it will be long).
Any opinions, information, or tips would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

A 'tankless' will cost you about 2-21/2 times more than a standard gas water heater. Venting is extremely critical and expensive.
Remember that they do not provide INSTANT hot water. Any water remaining in the pipes will come out first followed bu heated water.
Contact a dealer that sells either Rinnai or Rheem tankless water heaters and tell them how many people live in the house, and the number of appliances such as bathrooms, showers, sinks, hot tubs etc. They can determine the proper size unit, check your house for proper venting and give you a firm estimate.

First enable me inform you, the tankless water heater will cost you better than a regularly occurring water tank heater. So...your saving is going to be over the years. For installation there is not plenty distinction. The tankless water heater is a small unit which you will deploy on the wall. the significant aspects interior are a Cooper radiator and the burner with thermo sensor. This unit is amazingly effective because of the fact the burner will warmth in elementary terms while the water is on call for and then will close off while not in use. The installation varies in elementary terms a sprint based of the form yet they are literally common. desire you the excellent...!

I have six children and for nearly 30 years had an instantaneous gas hot water system. There was always hot water and no big gas bills. Now I live on my own with a huge gas storage system and believe it or not, the gas bill is about the same. I still cook with gas and I don't use gas for heating.
