Accidental Suicide?
They say that a person who commits suicide will go to hell. Is this true with a person who accidentally commits suicide? I mean the bible doesn't say "Oops, you did that accidentally, so I will forgive you."
If you commit suicide, you commit one final "sin". So how can you go to heaven?
You can not ask god to forgive a sin you are about to commit.

If you are a saved Christian you will go to heaven, whether or not you kill yourself, accident or not.

Suicide means killing of oneself intentionally, so the accidental part turns it into an accidental death verdict.
There are however good reasons for suicide. In 1850, surgery was regularly performed without anaesthetic - the religious leaders then preached that "the pain must be bourne with faith and fortitude" - as we are put on earth to suffer. Things have changed somewhat eh?
Is it therefore necessary to look forward to a long and painful death when diagnosed with a terminal condition, or opt for a quick painless end? - Which is really more humane?
If it were an animal - we would demand it, but because we are human, we prolong the end - to the point of reviving them - to go through it again! Surely this is not really humane?
Some soldiers and other servicemen and women - accept missions that are suicide - for the good of the nation or their loved ones. Surely they should not be sent to hell for this?

Yeah, it's been said to death (no pun intended), but a suicide has to be intentional to be a suicide.
And as a more general rule, while sins can be unintentional, all unintentional sins past and future are forgiven with acceptance of Christ. If you unintentionally break one of God’s commandments, and die right after never realizing your error or repenting, you’re still saved. Secondly, unintentional and accidental are not the same thing. Unintentional sins are when you did the action but did not know it was wrong. Accidental means you didn't mean to do it in the first place. Nothing accidental can be a sin (although certain things that can cause accidents, such as drunkenness, can be sinful). An accidental suicide is not a sin (nor is it even suicide...) so the person is okay.
No unintentional or accidental action can condemn somebody who has accepted Christ. The only way one can go to hell after accepting Christ is by falling away.
"For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame.
(Hebrews 6:4-6 ).
To fall away one must fully reject Christ, having fully discovered him. One way of doing this is by willfully and intentionally committing a sin, such as suicide.
"For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries."
(Hebrews 10:26-27).
Note: If you have committed an intentional sin, and have turned ghostly white fearing you've lost your forgiveness, don't worry. The Holy Spirit has not left you, because if he had, you would not worry about your soul, you would not be remorseful, and so you can still be forgiven.

There is no such thing called accidental suicide.
It is a pity that people when faced with problems which seem to be unbearable to face, take the extreme step to escape them.
We dont know what exactly happens after that but it should not be done at any cost.We have to learn great lessons from people like Helen Keller who faced many hardships in life but faced life admirably and succeeded.

It isn't considered suicide if you die by an accident. However, if you fake a suicide attempt to get attention, and "accidentally" it works, you have only yourself to blame.
I don't believe in heaven or hell, so I cannot answer that part. When My Steve committed suicide, he went to the coroner's office and then to the crematorium. Now his ashes are in the nice little wooden box over there.

How can such an idea exist? Suicide is intentional. You cant kill yourself intentionally by accident. As for God's judgement on this; I think he takes into account the state of mind and the individuals heart in these cases. Is it a spoiled rock singer who cant handle the riches and the fame? Or is it someone who has beeb betrayed and their life was just ripped out of them to the point they feel like they nave nothing. Or is it someone that is terminally ill, trying to spare their family from an expense they could never pay? There are selfish and selfless motivations that can be in play and I believe God takes this into account.

Accidental Suicide is an oxymoron.
