entire world police arrest accused and produce in court. human right agencies support only accused; not victim

The law for human rights violations is being misused ,most of the complainants under this law are real criminals who might have been charge sheeted or serving jail sentences. These are the criminals most vociferous in their condemnation of human right violations though they themselves are party to such crimes. Only fugitives and outlaws take shelter under the human rights violations act to escape from the law

Human Rights watch dog is necessary for the powers that be not to be carried away by the powers vested with them. It is true that the accused try to seek the protection under the Human Rights umbrella. If only the police and other law enforcing agencies do their part of the work in investigating without giving any room for the accusation of malfeasance etc. the violators will not go scot free. The need for a mechanism to check the excessivessness of the executive authority cannot be faulted on the ground of the possible misuse by the unscrupulous elements.

Being a sincere police officer, you are asking this question, but what about those police officers who are not sincere in their duties. There is a threat in this world that, most of the innocent people are victimised by the irresponsible police officers only. If they do their duties in proper way means, how will the human rights agencies will support the criminals according to law. It is a fact that some of the human rights agencies are supporting the criminals also but they can not support directly. If there is any loop holes in while presenting the case by the particular police officer means, they will try to save the accused. But finally LAW wins the case. Only thing is we have to prove ourself in honest way and we should fight against crime as per LAWs.

True many human right projects are based on European princples and laws, much like their countries legal systems: the vicitms are never represented and always loose some how. for instance i was given a bill from a company that claimed i owed the $1,000. never even hearing of this company, i refused. they got a court to issue a ruling in their favor (meanwhile, ive never been to this court, and never even give the chance to state my side of the story). but if i wanted to fight them and the court, i (the victim) would have to pay the court $200 to hear my case...

where in america and (British law) the victim and the accused is represented and only the lose pays. not both parties as in the european system.
