It's so funny to see the same question asked over and over again. The main way that you can steal music (free is stealing) is to download some kind of software, either something like limewire or a torrent downloader. The less known about way is to learn tricks that you can use on google to look at a website's parent directory. If the site has the song on it, you can download it. The difference between the two ways of stealing the music, is that by using the google sources you are downloading the music without the persons knowledge. By using limewire or a torrent downloader, the person has knowingly put it up for grabs.

It all depends on what you're looking for. I have found a lot of "free" audio files on various blogs. Most of what I have found is considered public domain such as old radio shows, dramatic readings, spooky Halloween stories, old children's story records and the like. However I have run across some blogs where the host has posted their favorite albums or rare and odd audio files. Be careful though, there is some strange stuff out there! There are also many web sites dedicated to OTR (Old Time Radio) and listening to that kind of nostalgia can be quite entertaining. Good luck.
