We got to use coupons that had expired up to six months prior but honestly, we got enough through the magazines they give you at the commissary. I never needed any extras but I bet diaper coupons would be really appreciated!

You can ship them to the commissary for the base itself if you like. Go to http://www.commissaries.com/store_locator.cfm and you can find a location there. The coupons are good overseas for 6 months after they expire.
If the package will weigh more than 1 lb you will need to fill out a customs form for it.

While it would be great for youto help out the military folks living overseas, and I thank you for the support, but while living over there we have access to coupons and can download the free ones on the net as well.

Contact the nearest Army Community Service, most of them have web pages. They are the office that used to do that when I was on active duty. I'd bet they still run the program.
