You are losing fat, but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat because its much denser. What is important, are you losing inches? Are your clothes fitting better and looser? If you can answer yes to both of those questions, you are loosing fat and gaining muscle. That is a very good thing. The more muscle you gain, the more fat you will burn.

As far as I know it isn't good to exercise every day, or at least exercise the same way every day. Your body needs time to rest. (Also remember to get plenty of sleep.) Try exercising 3 or 4 times a week, for an hour and a half, instead. Do both cardio and weights (I usually do cardio last), and, of course, warm up beforehand. If you want to exercise every day, alternate intense workouts with light ones. If you really work yourself on Monday, for example, just go for a light bike ride or something equivalent on Tuesday.

If you're gaining weight, you might be putting on muscle, which is heavier than fat. Remember that the fundamental rule of weight is that if you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight; if you burn more than you eat, you lose weight. There are, of course, many variables in this equation, such as the type of calories, your metabolism, etc etc, but that's the basic gist of it.

your fat probably turned into muscle...which weighs more. Don't worry, the exercise IS healthy!
