Hm, lots of fruits, any vegetables you do like.

Legumes/nuts, beans, I'd imagine a lot of different kinds of pasta.

Anything that's not meat really, if you look into it, I'm sure you can find things.

    Grains/pastas/breads/lots of carbs.

It would be difficult, but just try new vegetables maybe?

There's obviously the common vegetables (depending on where you live) of course. Maybe make a lost of ones you like or don't like? And any you haven't had, go ahead and try?

Artichoke, arugula, avacado, asparagus, beans-there are thousands of kinds, beet, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chard (or swiss chard), chicory, collard greens, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, endive, fennel, any kind of gourds, green beans/string beans, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushroom, okra, onion, olives, parsnip, peas, peppers, pumpkins, potatoes, radish, rhubarb, rutabaga, shallot, spinach, squash, sprouts, sweet potato, tomato, turnip, watercress, water chestnuts, yam, zucchini, I'm sure there's many others.

Do the same with fruits, find ones you like and don't like, and also try to taste all new ones you have never had before.

Pasta is great and versatile, hundreds of pasta or potato salad recipes.

Pasta with red sauce, pasta with alfredo sauce, pasta with garlic sauce, pasta with cream sauce, pasta with cheese sauces....

If you find you like eggplant, eggplant parmiagan is fantastic with a plate of pasta, eggplant is very filling.

If you aren't vegan, or strict about animal products, eggs are good too.

Tofu and granola are other great vegetarian options.

It sounds like someone else has guilted you into being a vegetarian, but if you're serious then tofu can serve as a very good meat substitute--find someone who knows how to cook it, mushrooms are delicious too--I'll bet you have no idea how many different kinds there are.

Vegetables are good for you. I don't like them either, but I still eat them. If you don't eat vegetables or meat you will die very young and you'll have a very bad immune system, and be very tired and weak all the time.

Unless you grew up not eating meet...it is almost impossible to adjust to these tasteless vegetarian fake meat. You will find yourself blown up on carbohydrates because bread and fruits would be your only other options.
