East coast places to snowboard for a beginner?

I would go to McIntyre ski area in Manchester New Hampshire they have a great beginner area and awsome beginner lessons but this place is very very small so if you have never snowboarded i would say go to McInyre if you have then go to Pats Peak ski area in Henniker New Hampshire its a little bigger but now a big or difficult area by any means as for the airport McIntyre is literally mins. from the airport and pats peak is probably 45-50 mins. away from the airport here are the website for both these areas...

If the Poconos in PA are close to Philly (I have no idea), you could try Camelback, Shawnee, or Bear Mountain. I know Camelback has a good beginner slope with a lot of teen/young adult snowboarder lumps on it. lol.
