1. since you must have at least $180, the total amount of money between what you have, your parents gave you and how much you save must be > or equal to $180
a. $38+$50+x >= $180
b x>=180-38-50
x>=92
2. The total amount you spend($1.50 times the number of plants(x )) must be less than or equal to the amount you have to spend ($20)
a. $1.50 * x <= $20
b. x<=$20/$1.50
x<=13.333
