My friends iPod didn't come with the installation CD.?
My iPod came with the install CD but hers didn't. We both have the same iPod, just in different colors. I thought there would be a link somewhere on Apple.com but couldn't find ANYTHING. Should I lend her my install CD or what other option does she have to get her iPod set up correctly on the computer?
I didn't mean to repost so many times. I was trying to edit the question but it wouldn't work. Sorry!

If you go to apple's website there will be a download for iTunes and Quicktime. That's all that's on the disk that came with your IPod. It wouldn't hurt anybody if you let your friend use your disk, so either route you'd like to go is perfectly acceptable and legal.

s far as I know iPods haven't come with CDs since like2004. Just go to itunes.com and download iTunes. You don't need a disc. The download of the latest version is free.
