Higher cost of living. Higher cost of everything. More pressure and stress. People feeling they have to compete with others needing bigger cars, bigger houses, etc. to be accepted - getting in over their heads from living over their means and not being happy with what they have. Higher health costs. More diseases. More technology, more chance of being bombed by idiots who would not hesitate to push the buttom just becuase they can.

When you need help over the phone, you used to actually talk to a live person. Now you hear a recording with options to use Spanish or English and various options to fit your need. By the time you get to what you want, you've wasted 15-20 minutes. So very annoying.

that is a hard question because the answer would take so long. i grew up in the 30's and 40's and it was an entirely different world.and what a great era it was. however i like the advancements that have been made. back then we would never have dreamed what we have today. BUT society in itself is much worse

The cost of just the basic needs like food, housing, gasoline, health care, utilities, etc. has gone up and makes it harder to just survive.

I am not sure. I have had a good job for 22 years and if I want something I just go get it. Love, honey

  • Dealing with finals at school. Doing chores at home. Dealing with my older sister on her period...now THAT'S HARD.

More layoff and less jobs. Greater health care costs.

Growing up, I had my parents to do everything for me.

Now I have to do my own laundry, pay my own bills, work, take care of my own house, buy my own clothes, etc.
