Pakistan does not have 30 million college educated people. Maybe 30 million that can read at a 6th grade level...it's a developing country. College educated is maybe 3 million in a country of 200 million.

There are also 700 or 800 million people in Pakistan. Take that into account.

Backwards seems to be popular in that part of the world. I somehow get the impression it has something to do with them wanting attention. And bad attention is better than none. Kinda like my three year olds.

Literacy and education are too different things. Also there is a lot of corruption in Pakistan.
