What is the difference between a normal dilemma and an ethical dilemma?!?

Could you distinguish both? or does it have the same meaning... being dilemma the general one.. or is there any other classifications of a dilemma? please help! =D

Update:

oh, so you're saying... in an ethical dilemma you have something to lose, while on a normal dilemma, you might lose something but in a not so important way?! =D

Well ethical is something like the blood of a newborn could cure cancer and you just had a baby and found out your mom has cancer.........

A normal would be you really want chocolate and only have enough for one thing and you can't decide because a chocolate bar or chocolate ice cream.

At least that's what I think.

An ethical dilemma can be described as something that involves something like; whether or not stem cells retrieved from a newborn baby's umbilical cord should be stored and used for any future problems someone may acquire. A 'normal' dilemma is one that is pretty simplistic like; should I buy that green shirt or not. Hope this helped....
