Can a person place a restriction order or hold a person liable?

if they are drug dealing and giving them to your son/daughter??

    If you can prove that they're dealing drugs, you won't have to place an order of restriction on them or hold them liable, because they'll be arrested and convicted. Otherwise, and without evidence, your hands are tied.

    I assume you are asking if you can place a protective order against someone for giving drugs to your daughter. Yes, you can. But, first I suggest you call the police and turn them in.

    Parents (or the minor victim) can file a suit against a drug dealer.

    Anyone can actually. Anyone is free to file any suit they choose.....But whether or not it goes to court or gets dropped, well..that's up to the courts. There's no way to know what will make it to court and what will be dropped till you file.
