Depends on Engine. Probably the 4.9/300inch in line 6- common for rentals. Starter is on right side of engine, 2 bolts on flange, some 3 bolts. easy to get to if you pull doghouse/engine cover back in the cab, can also go underneath if you have a lift or are skinny enough to slide under on ground...
