The move your talking about is commonly called a "Dirty Sanchez", but I think it might be the other person's butt...
Maybe it doesn't matter...I've never tried it...

it could be mallrats where actuall jason lee put his hand in his butt and shook another guy's hand. he called it stink palm or stink hand.....
