Yes they can, best to get it treated straight away before your horse suffers, it pick the flees up when they roll on the grass, also look out for horse fly, they can bite your horse and give it a nasty infection

Any animal that has blood can get fleas, ticks, and other little pesty things!! :(

yes, because if you dont his hair to keep it clean or bathe it it will catch fleas and other infections
