My friend has left his partner, they have two children together. 2years and 5years. He pays for the full mortage of the house, even though his name is not on the deeds, only hers. He supports the family 100%, pays for all their living expenses, that includes schooling, clothing, everything for the three of them. He left because he couldn't deal with the aggression and anger of his partner. He simply works to pay for them. They had tried counselling but nothing positive seems to have come out of that.

She was immediately operated on and stayed two weeks in hospital. After she was discharged, a further operation had to be done and a further two weeks in hospital. My friend wrote to complain and was told there was nothing defective with the seating, After the written complaint the seat has now been changed, it no longer slants, it is now level.

Why would they do that?
