Why do my AVI videos not play correctly?
About half the time when I try to play AVI videos in Realplayer all I get is the sound with no picture. What is wrong here and what can I do about it?
I have the AVI codec and I never had any trouble playing AVI files until a couple of months ago.

it doesnt work because it doesnt support the format of avi but you can use zoom player it is real realy good and if you realy want something that can play like any format you should try zoom player profesional

probably cause the AVI has a DIVX codec in it, dont' play those kinda files in Real Player, use the Divx Player you can get it at http://www.divx.com/ it's free
