"Elfin" is probably a bloodline.. a breeder of Poms. Otherwise there is no "elfin pom".. they are just Pomeranians.

Sounds like another name they are giving designer dogs to make a quick bigger buck off them when they sell them to unsuspecting "spur of the moment" buyers that think they are getting something no one else has.
