Would it be a surprise if SS Roy Williams ended up in Miami next year?
Nobody had anything negative to say about Roy Williams before the last three years when he was making incredible defensive plays and bone crushing hits. But all of a sudden he cant cover a twin sized mattress. With pretty much all of the Dallas brain trust who saw Williams have his best years there would it not be a forgone conclusion that he ends up in Miami? Fans in Dallas are tired of him and change would do him some good.

Im a dallas fan and I think roy will stay and it would be pretty suprising we were 14-4 going out of the season but he shouldnt play ss he could maybe play 4th string running back and maybe ss too but I dont care what position he dont tell any dallas fans I dont think hes so good he got suspended for doing a hourse coller on Donavan McNabb.

I think Roy Williams works better in 4-3 schemes. I remeber Parcells referring to Roy Williams as being a biscuit away from linebacker.
Roy Williams is an exceptionally talented player, but he doesn't cover well for DB.

Doesn't matter where he goes, as long as he goes. I don't know why Parcells would want him. He known the plays Roy blew when he was coaching. Its not even the point that he cant cover. He stopped hitting.

He could never cover. He doesnt wrap up his tackles. All he can do is hit (good players can run though those) and horse collar tackle.
