when answering a question do you really check the category before choosing to answer it?

I answer question lately from my contacts or others who caught my attention randomly I never search a category.

When I follow a contact's star, I have learned to look. Sometimes, the answer really depends on the category the question is in. I found that out the hard way. lol

It is there to use when the 24 hours have passed. In the "old days" of this site, you could resolve a question whenever you wanted. But do to the abuse of that privilege (people closing within the 1st 5 minutes of posting) it was changed.

I do look at it first. If its a contact I alway try and answer it no matter what ( thats if I am not crazy busy LOL)

But I pick and choose my questions if I have a good answer for them.

Depends, if it is a question my contacts ask I don't, if I am answergin from yahoo not always but sometime I do, like family, psychology or something like that.

this is how I answer questions:

I go to my email first and check to see what my contacts have asked and go answer all of their questions that are still open.

Next I go to P&S usually and just answer from there....

however sometimes I just get bored there and so then I go to the main page and just answer what ever interests me.

same here. i usually only go to Polls and Surveys or LGBT

i do the same thing if i like the question its so worth it cuz you get two points =)
