Ice build-up around condensation lines?

I have a small compact fridge in my semi, it has stopped cooling.

I pulled it out of my cabinet and there was a block of ice around the line coming out of the fridge. i followed the line and it goes (or comes) to the compressor. (the line is the bigger one of the 2)...

wonder if that ice has anything to do with the fridge not cooling. thanks for the time

Update:

coils are clean and there is sufficiant air flow around the coils. freon i can't check since it is a closed system....
