Hot oatmeal (quick). Made in the microwave. Really healthy and filling the way I do it. Put one serving of the oatmeal in a bowl then add the following. 2-3 dried prunes, cut up one fourth to one half banana add in, sprinkle some dried raisins in, add 2-3 tblspns. frozen blueberries, add water to about 1inch from top of bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 22 seconds.{hit 2:22 on pad ] Add milk as desired. Don't really need any sugar as the fruits make it sweet. Can't beat it for keeping weight down and keeping cholesteral lower. Really tastes good also !! Kick starts your day. I buy my quick oatmeal in larger container ( 47 oz. size } instead of the individual envelopes, goes a lot further and saves $$ also.Try it ,you'll like it !! I fist tried this after my stomach cancer surgery almost 8 yrs ago. Believe me if it worked for me then it'll work for you no matter where your health is now.
