Model it after these passages. That is, go through these passages and find good things that resonate in your own heart with regards to your daughter and then personalize them in a prayer for her.
1 Peter 3:3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. 4 Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight.
Colossians 1:9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light.
Proverbs 31:10 A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. 11 Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. 12 She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. 13 She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. 14 She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar. 15 She gets up while it is still dark; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls. 16 She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. 17 She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. 18 She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night. 19 In her hand she holds the distaff and grasps the spindle with her fingers. 20 She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy. 21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet. 22 She makes coverings for her bed; she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land. 24 She makes linen garments and sells them, and supplies the merchants with sashes. 25 She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. 26 She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. 27 She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. 28 Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: 29 "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." 30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. 31 Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

Hello Littleme836
The problem you are confronting today,is the same Jesus apostles had almost 2,000 years ago.
If you are sincere in your asking, follow the example of the
"Great Teacher",described in the book of Mathew chapter 6.
If you read, and meditate, on the lesson Jesus gave his disciples, you also will learn the proper way of approaching God in prayer.
When you reach verse 9,there you will find the Model prayer, that Jesus taught his disciples, and serves as an example for true worshipers to follow.
It is not a repetition of pre studied words that can express
our hearth felt gratitude to our Creator, serving as a form of
showing appreciation for His undeserved kindness. It is the personal relationship developed trough prayer that makes
our expression heard and dispatched by God,He is the
Hearer of prayer (Psalm 65:2)
Wish you good venture in your pursuit to satisfy your spiritual
needs helping your little daughter creating a good relationship
with our Creator.Do you know this same God, promises
everlasting life for all the obeying worshipers, right here on
a cleansed hearth? Do you know that all the world events are leading the nations to the day of Armageddon?
Best Regards to you

JESUS, the one true God and only savior. Help us and our children find an Apostolic Pentecostal Church that we may repent, be baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins and receive the Holy Ghost just like the three thousand plus on the Day of Pentecost. Send revival to set the world free from pagan Catholicism and break the spiritual stronghold of Laodicea off North America.
In Jesus name.

A prayer is a bodily sincere desire meaning that you must pray according to what you want of God to do for you, given that it is sincere He will make it come through. Therefore tell Him your desire.
Do you understand.

Small idea: write the prayer to God ABOUT your daughter.

I would advise just ditching the whole thing--makes things much simpler and in the end, everyone feels better.

'god, guide my daughter as she leaves my home in 5 years, and goes wild without the strong christian rules ive forced on her since birth...'

The fact that you spelled it "conformation" has so much unintentional, hidden meaning...

take the kid to a regular school and save some money (for her college education) and then you don't have to this sort of thing!
