Emotionally Dead please help??
Every time I don't show emotions for a while I become numb and I can't show them, even happy ones and it takes a significant push to do it. And when I do it hurts, sometimes literally. Is there a condition for this? I don't think it's depression, because when I go into those I feel totally diffrent. I am hurting other people without meaning to and I want to stop but I can't. How do I stop?

This sounds very much like dissociation to me. I suffer from the same thing and it often goes hand in hand with depression, anxiety and/or stress. It often happens when feelings are overwhelming or painful, which you have described yours as being. I would speak to a Dr, counsellor or somebody about this and is it is clearly causing you distress. It is actually a normal response to things being a bit too much to deal with. Many people dissociate when in a upsetting or traumatic circumstances and this is a healthy thing to do as it allows them to continue to function. Some people learn how to do it on purpose, and when they do not want to deal with painful emotion they 'go numb'. However, whilst this can start off as a healthy coping mechanism it can also end up becoming habitual or even involuntary, so that a person finds that they can not feel at all. There are different degrees of dissociation, from mild to severe. There are also a range of dissociative disorders, which include depersonalization and at it's most extreme, dissociative identity disorder, but that is very very rare. There are many treatments available for dissociation, which range from medication to CBT and talking therapies.

I don't think you necessarily need to see a psychiatrist, but maybe you need a life change. Maybe you need a confidence builder. Try something new, set a goal and obtain it. It seems to me that you are over-analyzing yourself, which probably means you have too much free time on your hands after school. Yes, homework is boring, and hormones are causing you to think think think. Maybe try channeling some of that anger and use it for a positive, like completing a mile and a half run around the block. Don't worry so much about what others think, you are young and there will be plenty of people who pop in and out of your life.

See your doctor, and get a physical exam. Sometimes emotional issues have physical causes. If nothing comes up, ask your doctor to recommend a psychologist or psychiatrist.
Life is pretty neat most of the time - it would be a shame to miss out on all the fun.
