I want to lose some weight/?

I want to lose some weight. Maybe 20 pounds. I cannot workout more than 1 hour a day. I have access to a treadmill and a exercise bike. Can anyone give me advice on how to lose weight.

    Counting calories and watching portions. Keep a daily log.

    You will be amazed. Thie following site will give you the calories of just about anything.

    Include fruits, veggies, fiber, water, & exercise. Stay away from the so called diet plans/foods. They're loaded with calories!

    Go to your local gym and workout for an hour a day on WEIGHT BEARING equipment....not treadmills, bikes etc.

    cut down salt and sugars and work out 1 hr per day, at least 4-5 times a week. Also drink lots of water.
