I accidentally got paint on a live wire! Help!?

I'm painting my bathroom and accidentally got paint on the live wire for the lighting fixture. What should I do?

    Cut the breaker off and scrape the little bit of paint off so it will make proper connection..do not just simply hook it back up..it might work at that time..but as time goes on lose partial contact due to thepaint causing a slight increase in electricity due to straining to supply it

    DONT TOUCH IT because you have a preety good chance of getting electrocuted. just be cautious and try not to touch it and yes possibly it will flake off. good luck painting the bathroom.

    1) kill the wire

    2) remove the paint

    Nothing. When it comes time to hook it up the paint will fall off.

    I would leave it and eventually it will flake off. Don't do anything to touch the wire!
