is a 17" bar sink too small for a kitchen sink?

Which dimension is the 17" ? One basin of my kitchen sink measures 18" across and 16" front to back. That's a little bigger than twin stainless sinks usually are.

Yes, that's too small. Bar sinks are intended to wash nothing bigger than glassware and maybe a small cutting board and a knife. You'll have plenty of pots and pans you won't be able to immerse in that little sink.

It is personal preference ......I think it is to small ...a normal kitchen sink is around 30" wide.
