If you own a buisness and you have to show proof of income ; how would you show that?

I own my own candy store and today I went to get me a new car everything went through but the proof of income ; what documents would I have to show to prove my income? please help

    Some proof of income include:

    - your previous year's tax forms stating your income

    - 1099s received, if any

    - merchant account statements

    - financial statements, if any

    Usually tax returns are expected to show proof of income

    Well ,if you have accounts and have reported them, then you will then have, receipt from Tax office.
