I have a video camera that records onto miniature sized DVDs. I have several of these smaller ones, how do I take the video off of those and convert all onto a single regular sized DVD?

You would basically have to use the program nero to make a backup. You would put the mini dvd in, allow nero to read the info, and then put a regular sized dvd in for the backup. Ignore the other loosers above me that recommended lighters.
