Survey regarding customer service?
You go into a shop and purchase an item for $71 before you leave you hear the next customers total and its $40. You go back to the counter and ask for the difference its denied since its a item that cant be returned. You complain to management and you are given the difference. Now supposing its an item that can be purchased anywhere would you A) return to that store since they gave the difference. B) not return to the store due to the huge difference C) Does not make a difference but you are still mad about the incident....... thanks for reading and answering.

Your question is kind of confusing, but I'll answer on what I believe I think you are asking. Assuming that the "next customer" purchased the same item that you did, I would've made sure it was explained CLEARLY to me why I was charged $31 more than the other customer. I would either demand ALL of my money back or, like you, the difference in the amounts. Depending on the product, I may or may not visit that shop again. Either way, it would upset me.
