I met him when I was in Washington before he decided to run for President, and I was very impressed by him. Not so much with Hillary, I found her rather cold and impersonal, avoiding eye contact. I felt as if she wasn't really into the conversation and thinking about other things. Obama on the other hand didn't avoid eye contact and, at least, appeared to be intent on what was said.

I hear you...but I just don't know what you base your support on. Has he accomplished anything as Senator, proposed any legislation ? other than 'feel good, hope' or just suggest anything opposite of what Bush has done. Can we just pull out of Iraq and ignore the repercussions? Does he know the US has sworn enemies that have ignored diplomacy? Yeah, I lean more conservative, but have voted democrat in the past. I hope his support is rooted in something concrete is all Im saying.

So what. I've seen concerts with that many people and with the place going crazy. It doesn't mean that I'd vote for the guy playing for President of United States. It just means he's the hottest new act and he knows how to work a crowd. Grow up.
