Moving firefox bookmarks from one comp to another?
Hi i copied the whole mozilla profile folder from my old computer running XP, to the desktop of my new computer running Vista. Now ive no idea how to get my new firefox to notice my old bookmarks from the copied folder.
Do i need to move the folder somewhere or is there an option within firefox to do this?
Thanks

I'm pretty sure there is an addon that allows you to synchronize firefox between two computers. If I'm not mistaken, its a featured addon on Mozilla's site, but I have no use for it so I haven't looked into it more.

The bookmarks should be in a file called (surprise) bookmarks.html
Go into Firefox, and under the File menu you will find Import/Export. Select that you want to Import bookmarks and then simple point it to the bookmark.html file. It will do the rest.
