Anyone here sell or know anything about Pampered Chef?

Hi, I have a pampered chef- oil dipping set that I got as a gift. I use it all the time and my husband broke the top... It's broken in about 4 pieces on the neck of the bottle.. Does Pampered Chef have a "replacement warranty" on their items? I seem to remember the sales rep. saying something about a lifetime warranty but, it was a long time ago... If anyone can help me I would really appreciate the help !

I am also a PC consultant. If your oil dipping set is less than one year old, you can have it replaced. If it is older than one year, you would have to purchase another since the one you have is outside its warranty. If you need to purchase another one, contact your consultant right away, or you can contact me at www.pamperedchef.biz/janicetippett. The oil dipping set is being retired and will no longer be available after March 1.

Every Pampered Chef product has at least a one year warranty, but many have extended warranties. I checked the warranty for your oil dipping set and it has a 1 year warranty. If you have had it longer than 1 year, Pampered Chef will not replace it.

They do have a replacement warranty. Normally if you have enough of the pieces to show what the item is they will replace it.

I broke my stoneware bar pan last year, but I had the whole end of one side, so they were able to replace it.
