Death Penalty too good for 'em?

Does anyone besides me think that the lowlifes who create spam, malware, adware, spyware and viruses should be put to death? I mean, who needs 'em? It's not like they serve some purpose. Even mosquitoes serve a purpose. Do you think it bothers them that they're lower than mosquitoes? If you saw one on some lonely highway, would you turn your wheel a tenth of a degree to avoid hitting one? I wouldn't.

I believe that the death penalty is down-right wrong. The death penalty is far too humane. The death penalty is way too easy. That isn't a punishment. It's an easy way out. Instead, we should be permitted to take scumbags like the losers you are speaking about and lock them in a 4'x4' prison cell (so that there isn't any comfortable way to lay down or stand straight up) and torture them every day of their waking lives for several years, and then see if they want to keep up the same crap afterwards.

I sometimes wonder how it is that nobody can catch these idiots, even though what they are doing is illegal. If someone is sending Viagra etc by mail, that involves having dispatch areas, postage, etc. How is it that no one can just go down there and blow them up. What is going on? Don’t tell me that the police resources of the world can’t get on top of this.

And another thing. Couldn’t the spammers at least tailor their spam so that it is not inflicted on the whole world, when only one country (usually the US) is eligible to take advantage of the deals. Why should people in Australia and Outer Mongolia be pestered to buy tickets for some show in San Francisco, for example? Please give us all a break. And yes, as one poster argued, I do think that the people who sell us anti-spamming and viral software are busy making new viruses all the time. I mean cui bono. (That is, where is Bono?) k

lol, no not the death penalty. They are just trying to make a living (except for the malware, adware, and spyware). But SPAM. Spam is the gem of the marketing world. If you spam enough, you will get sales. That is tried and true (if not highly annoying).

Beat the crap out of them then maybe hit them with a car sounds good to me.
