How can I make waffles from blueberry muffin mix?
I don't have flour but I have jiffy all purpose baking mix.

make as usual ...but just add the egg yoke&beat the egg white till stiff and fold into batter....

Usually to switch muffins to waffles or pancakes the instructions are too add an egg and a tablespoon of flower, I don't know what baking mix is, but I am sure if you add the egg and follow the instructions they will be fine.

ummm realy whats wrong with muffins and y can't u just go out to the store and get some waffles?but i guess just add an egg.don't worry about the flour the mux most likly already has flour.
