I have a friend that cannot seem to stay on my friends list ...?
for my 360 blog. I have invited her numerous times and she can read my blog. Then, it seems, if I don't write something for awhile, it's like she gets dropped. None of my other friends do. Is it me or is it her?

it's 360, it has bugs but since yahoo scraped it things are getting worse.
360 did the same to me but now I can't even reinvite my friend, I've just had to promise that I didn't delete him and just keep leaving comments for him like before.
Most people I know have already started moving their blogs and friendship groups to other site because they can't hack it anymoe - even Answers has moved its blog from 360.

No, it is neither.
Yahoo! 360 is as screwed up as it gets.
Yahoo! stopped all support and development of 360.
In other words: It will just get worse.
Yahoo! claims that they are upgrading all their services to work on a new platform.
360 won't be there.
But they promised that there will be something similar.
