Death of the print media?

Let's leave politics out of this for a minute. This John McCain piece was one of the worst examples of journalism I have ever seen. This is something I would expect from the Inquirer, not the New York Times.

The Times is trying to remain relevant in a world that is blowing past them. They blast McCain with inuendo, instead of facts. They claim to have been working on this story for months, yet they just endorsed him. It is insane...

The days of Edward R. Murrow and Walter Kronkite are dead. I wish Walter would speak out against this type of tabloid journalism.

His voice still resonates loudly with the American people and he could shake up the print and electronic media with some carefully placed comments.

What really surprises me is that people wouldn't expect this from the Times I find that troubling in its self. What about the story how all the vets returning from Iraq were to volatile to be hired, several souses proved that story was cooked, what about the news reported who was making up stories all of this stuff ran in the Times. Wake up my friend you have been had by the Times.

If you want intelligent comment you should link to the article you are talking about - or at least give information to find it.
