I cannot get my emails to go through to my daughter?

1. Check your daughter email address, as simple .com changed to .co.in , will not deliver .

2. Ask your daughter to send a email to you.

3. Open that email, Add that email address (of your daughter) to address book

4. Next time, select the email address from address book, so you wont get any problems.

or

the email sent by you may be delivered to her spam folder.

ask her to add your email address to contact list.

And also ask her to check her spam folder

At this time Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. Also try using the YAHOO HELP button. Yahoo is there to help use. I use HELP all the time. You can also call Yahoo Hotline 1-866-562-7219. Or this number 1-800-699-2466.

check address i know that sounds silly but i was e mailing my dad at .co.uk when i needed .com for weeks....and use service providers online help....good luck and best wishes
