The Good The Bad and The Queen Northern Whale?

The song sounds a lot like "As Tears Go By" sung by Marianne Faithfull and the Rolling Stones, at least part of it does. It was written by Mick Jagger, Andrew Loog Oldham and Keith Richards, yet the band does not give them credit. Think that's called copyright infringement.

George Harrison was sued for stealing some of "My Sweet Lord" from "He's so fine" by the Chifons.

    I can see where the songs have similarities, but just because a song is similar to another doesn't automatically mean someone is going to get sued. Zeppelin used other people's songs, they never got in trouble for it. More recently, Oasis has completely admitted to stealing other people's songs but they were never hit with a lawsuit either.
