We can if we start electing people who will break up the bureaucracy in Washington and start making the government responsible for the job it does.

Until then, it ain't gonna happen.

I think it is to late. We have way to many people in this country who want these free rides promised by the politicians in both corrupt parties. The parties have successfully divided the American people, and have ensured their remaining in power to do the bidding of the elites and the corporations. The one or two honest public servants are kept powerless. Only if the people are willing to overthrow both parties, can our march into totalitarianism be reversed. I have no hope of seeing that happen in my life time.

Oh, I think many of us realize what is going on. However, as a single person or even a group of people we are powerless to change it. And don't mention about voting....look at this year we will have our choice of:

Obama is a left wing liberal socialist Democrat

Clinton is a left wing liberal socialist Democrat

McCain is a left wing liberal socialist Democrat

Why bother voting at all? I'm staying home.
