I got two grape vines and a blueberry bush to plant and need to know when to plant?
I just bought them today at Lowe's but it doesn't say on their bags when to plant. Do I plant them now or after the frost? If after the frost which would be around the first of May in my area. How do I keep them from dieing?

Those are tough perennial woody plants. Early spring is a good time. I would have them in an unheated place (attached garage, breezeway) for a few days so they can 1) stay dormant, and 2) transition to outside temperatures.
If the ground is not frozen, I would plant now. They can only last so long in a bag. Cool is best if you're not planting right away...but to wait months to plant them will be doing them a serious disservice.
