When a judgement falls off of your credit report?

How many points can I expect for my credit to go up when an unpaid judgement(i know they can still come after me legally) falls off of my credit reports? It is 7 years old now.

Update:

I couldnt find this one in the answers archives, so I thought I would ask.

Update 2:

I also know that a judgement is good for 10 years and is renewable for 10 years after that.

Actually not that much, between 10-30 points.

Over 90% of your credit score is based on the last 24 months so anything that is so old that it's about to drop off has very little affect.
