well hi, your question is, I think two-fold, one, you need to convert your vga signal to a video feed (your rca cables) then send that wirelessly to the t.v... and connect the receiver to the t.v....I found a website, www.smarthome.com they have the wireless system runs about 150.00 u.s. the vga/ to rca i found at a store on the west coast called fry's electronics... think they have a website.. that lil box i've bought around 30-50 bucks...
