Michigan Divorce Laws?
Can it be stipulated in a divorce agreement for an ex-spouse to remain on the other's health insurance plan after the divorce is final?

Yes it can, I'm not a lawyer but my mom has that. She has to keep her ex on the insurance plan. My Mom got screwed!

I don't think so. It's not really up to the courts. Most insurance companies won't allow you to carry someone who is not family.
