Well, I'm not sure if this counts, but my friends and I are very close (I'm only 17) and we have a lot of problems, so to improve our situation, I ended up promising them that I would take us out for dinner once a month, and it has really just given us a time to sit, relax, and unwind. It's amazing, now we all look forward to that time of month!

Yes, trillions of times - the following example was a simple thing but it helped a lot.
The room we worked in had the desks put in such a way that it was 'a five mile walk' to go anywhere. So, I did a scale drawing of the room and all the desks, chairs etc. and then fiddled about fitting them until it was possible for all to move from their desks to fax, photocopier, reception window without going around some-one else. Then did it for real.
Simple. But made a big difference. Didn't cost company anything
