Alternative Nero Vision?

I'm thinking of burning several videos into 1 dvd with a menu. I have around 8-9 videos per dvd. But when I use Nero, it's bit-rate is too high for me, and it takes too much space that I can only insert 6-7 videos. I need an alternative software that can allow me to burn them at a lower bit-rate.. around 1000kbps or lower. Or a software which allows me to convert to a lower bit rate in VOB format would be much preferred.

From my own journey, you gained't get a loose application that works to boot as Nero inventive and prescient, and it really does not have each and each and every of the advantageous houses and options that Nero inventive and prescient has. so a procedures as p.c. is in contact, replacing a video into dvd format is time ingesting, there's no way round it. also the write-p.c. is significant, the swifter you write to disc the added blunders you'll have. A slower p.c. (4X) is perfect.
