Most likely the yogurt. Most ice cream (unless you buy the good stuff) has more junk in it than actually dairy product.

Yogurt is based on mostly milk, ice cream is about 50% milk and rest is cream. They are different consistencies, so they feel a little different in the mouth.

It really depends on the brand. If you get cheap store brand stuff, it's more watered down and the calcium content is lower. Generally, frozen yogurt has a higher calcium percentage (from my experience)
