Anything she wants except sushi, predator fish(salmon tuna etc..) and cold deli meats. Have fun with the funky cravings;)

Lots of protein (you can google sources of protein to find out whats good)
She should also drink red raspberry leaf tea every day. Its EXCELLENT for womens health.
She can also go down to the health food store, and for just a couple bucks buy these herbs in bulk: nettle, alfalfa, red clover, rose hips, and yellow dock. Buy a tea ball and put a little of each herb in. Brew and drink a cup every day. These herbs are all very healthy for a pregnant woman. It will help her iron levels, her energy, the baby's vitamin k level, will help keep her from hemorraging during labor, and is just good for her overall health as a pregnant woman.
In her last 2 months of pregnancy, she should ideally drink 3 cups of the red raspberry leaf tea per day, and at least one cup of the above mixture.

Proteins (e.g. beef); broccoli; milk/cheese (pasteurized); fruits and veggies; beans.
However, early on, if she's having cravings, food aversions and nausea, just make sure she eats whatever she is able to keep down (avoiding stuff like seafood, non-heated deli meats, non-pasteurized items, etc.). You want to avoid LOSING weight during pregnancy if possible.

oranges... lots of fruits and veggies... no raw meat of fish.... 3 glasses of milk... go to ur local WIC office and they can give u exact amont for each food group

my hubby made me go take wheat grass shots at jamba juice !!!! yuck !!!!!! Its healthy tho if she can stomache it :)
